I like this app. Its the next best thing to manual consultation of the oracle. I do not know if the random generation of the hexagrams is as effective here as with real coins or yarrow sticks, but if it is, it is much more convenient. You still must have a quiet, contemplative space and meditate for a bit to be in a space of consciousness where you are open to what will be revealed to you.

Ive used this app for several years and have found that paying attention to the hexagrams for the day has paid benefits in how I treat others as well as myself. The hexagrams allow one to pause with a perspective that is larger than oneself and learn the many avenues to interaction with the world start with our attitude.

Cant live without it. ❤️

This is an accessible and deeply insightful rendering of the I Ching for English speakers. The app is easy to use, but I dont like the way the pages slowly turn every time you open it. Maybe I should use that as a reminder to slow down...

I refer to it every day. Its wisdom goes beyond religion, and encompasses all teachings from the various belief systems of east and west. This integration of truths gathered from all theses sources in one place can increase a persons wisdom in what used to take a lifetime now in less than half. We need more people to grasp the oneness of life and heal this broken planet. Be one with the Tao.

Unlike others here, I did NOT lose my journal entries with this update... And I want to thank the developer for going back to the original, much better UI. This applies across the board for all of BBWs beautiful apps. Thank you, this is now once again the best translation with the best presentation and UI. Highly recommended.

Well, made and much easier than any other form of the i ching

I bought this book when it first came out and was delighted to find it as an app a few years ago. Havent always liked all the tweaks over the years, but havent given it up either. Its the first part of my daily meditation.

This app is as true to form and content as the book its based upon but with the convenience of being able to take it with you and cast a hexagram just about wherever and whenever you want to. It functions flawlessly and, of course, never fails to reveal the truth of the situation you are inquiring about. I rely upon it.

This is a simple but profound app. For students of the iChing this app is helpful when it isnt possible/convenient to work with Yarrow stalks. For novices, its a wonderful way to explore and experience the richness of personal transformation through the iChing. The app is easy to use, the functionality is excellent and kept updated. Its elegantly designed, and has what one needs and no more. I highly recommend it; its a joy to use.

The Iching has been my greatest divination tool for decades. The book that is used here is one that I have consulted since it was published. I have but away my pennies after finding this apt. the toss is always right on target, aligned with the Tao and the interpretations excellent!

I just began studying the I Ching last year using the Richard Wilhelm translation, and quickly found that water to be a bit deep to start. This app simplifies the process of consulting the I Ching, but does not feel “dumbed down". I use it almost daily, and find it consistently provides relevant, thought-provoking teachings.

I love this app. I am new to the I Ching. I just started consulting with the paper book and actual coins. Then I discovered this app. Not only is it ready and available whenever/wherever I am but it calculates the diagrams, allows you to keep a journal, provides ability for sharing via email... I am completely satisfied with this app.
